How to edit Auto Responder Templates

Enquiries and Auto Responders

1. Head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu

2. On the left-hand side of the page, please click Enquiries & Auto Responders > Auto-Responder Templates

3. This is where you can change the following Auto Responder Templates:

4. To edit a template please click on the edit button on the right-hand side of the screen

5. A page will display where you will be able to edit the autoresponder template.

6. Make your updates, please note that there are merge fields available on the right then click save.
