1. Head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu
2. On the left-hand side of the page, click Enquiries & Auto Responders > Preferences
3. This is where you can change the following preferences for Auto Responders:
Leave Enquiry Allocated Original Addressee
Allocate Unassigned Enquiries to Team Member/s
Rotate Assigned Staff
Which Enquiries do you automatically want to respond to?
Mark Enquiries that have received an auto-response as complete
When do you want to send automated enquiry responses?
How do you want to send automated enquiry responses?
Allow automatic access to contracts & application forms
