How to change Auto Responder Preferences

1. Head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu

2. On the left-hand side of the page, click Enquiries & Auto Responders > Preferences

3. This is where you can change the following preferences for Auto Responders:

  • Leave Enquiry Allocated Original Addressee

  • Allocate Unassigned Enquiries to Team Member/s

  • Rotate Assigned Staff

  • Which Enquiries do you automatically want to respond to?

  • Mark Enquiries that have received an auto-response as complete

  • When do you want to send automated enquiry responses?

  • How do you want to send automated enquiry responses?

  • Allow automatic access to contracts & application forms
