How to Turn Off the Automatic Responder for Individual Listings

If you're a frequent user of our platform, you may have noticed a new feature that allows you to turn off the automatic responder for individual listings. This feature gives you more control over your listings and the messages you receive from potential buyers. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to set this up.

Setting Up the Automatic Responder

To start, navigate to the listing details page for the listing you want to edit. Once there, click on the "Enquiry Preferences" tab and select "Edit Responder."

On the edit responder page, you'll see a new toggle that allows you to enable or disable the automatic responder for this specific listing. By default, the toggle will be set to "on," meaning the automatic responder will be active for this listing.

If you want to turn off the automatic responder for this listing, simply click on the toggle to switch it to "off." This will disable the automatic responder for this listing only, while leaving it active for your other listings.

Once you've made your changes, be sure to click "Save" to update the listing.
