Under Offer is an INTERNAL STATUS in Zenu and will continue to feed and function as On Market to your website and portals. This can be used if you have a verbal offer or a contract that is currently being discussed but not yet finalised.
Under Contract is used once you have a contract signed. This will send as Under Contract to your website and portals.
Please note some portals display this differently.
I.e- realestate.com.au will display Under Contract as Under Offer
