My Sold Listing Isn't Showing on The Portals

Here are some tips on what to do if your sold listing hasn’t appeared on the portals after 30 minutes.

Common Reasons

• Sold Date is in the future •

Portals like Realestate.com.au require the sold date to be entered in the past or today's date.

• Your Date Listed is in the future •

A future listed date means that updates will be sent in the future and not immediately.

Ensure that your date listed is either a date in the past or today's date.

• Missing Contract Details •

This happens when a listing is updated to Under Offer/Contract and not all of the sold details are available. It gets overlooked when the listing is converted to Sold.

What if you’re still unable to resolve the issue after reviewing the above?

REA doesn't notify you when an error is returned, so going to the Agent Admin of REA or contacting their customer support is a good step to take.
