If you have duplicate contacts within your database and would like to allow these to be merged, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Settings located in the hamburger menu.
Click on Contacts to Expand this section:
Enable 'Allow merging of contacts':
This will then display 'Merge Options Available' on a contact page if there are contacts identified that may be a duplicate (based on same phone or email address):
