Notes Permissions

The permissions below apply to notes associated to Contacts & Listings in Zenu.

Notes can only be edited based on the time frame specified in office settings. Navigate to Settings > Office Preferences > Others > 'Number of days notes allowed to be edited after creation? Select an option from the drop-down.

'See all notes' if checked, allows the user to view and read all other notes made against a property/contact by another user. The note and who created it will be documented by their initials.

'Update all notes' if checked, allows the user to edit all notes made against contacts and properties.

'Update own notes' if checked, allows the user to update all notes they have created.

'Primary agent can edit notes' if checked, allows the user to see and edit all notes on a listing where they are the primary listing agent.

'Secondary agent can edit notes' if checked, allows the user to see and edit all notes on a listing where they are the secondary listing agent.
