Enquiries are pulled from many different web sources including an office’s individual website, REA, Domain, Allhomes and some other portals.
Enquiries can also be added manually via the orange "add button", from the main Enquiries page, through a Follow-Up.
When viewing Enquiries, this will give the user the option to ‘Respond’ if they have Auto-Responders enabled, process a Follow-Up, add a task or appointment or mark the enquiry as complete.
