If there is an enquiry that has been entered against the wrong listing, or if there is a general enquiry that has been entered against the wrong contact, you can easily delete the enquiry from the listing Activity page or from the contact Activity page.
Simply head to the listing or contact page, click on the Activity option at the top of the page, scroll down to Enquiries and locate the enquiry you want to delete.
You can filter the enquiries by either REA, Domain, Own Web or Other.
Each enquiry has a Delete button located next to it. Click on this to delete the enquiry.
