There are four options for text packages for each of your listings:
Gold- This is a pre-paid service, with a maximum of 1000 texts @ $0.10 per text
Silver- This is a pre-paid service, with a maximum of 455 texts @ $0.11 per text
Bronze- This is a pay as you go service, @ $0.12 per text
NO text package for listing
**If you wish to exceed the limit of your text package, you will need to notify Zenu so that we can top up your account.**
Your usage will be added to your monthly invoice.
Here's a little further information regarding Text Messaging:
Message = the full message that is sent out, these are counted as a single message.
Message unit = An SMS is broken down by the length of characters, once a message reaches 160 characters it will count as two message units (whilst still being a single message). This is further multiplied the longer the message goes.
In regards to the character count the methodology of counting message units is based on the global SMS protocol itself, where a single message unit is considered to be 160 characters. A message greater than 160 characters will then be counted as multiple message units as per the message length. The SMS protocol does have a theoretical character limit of 39,015 characters. Therefore please take into consideration the amount of SMS' that will be charged based on the following character lengths:
1 SMS = 160 characters
2 SMS = 306 characters
3 SMS = 459 characters
4 SMS = 612 characters
