Sending bulk text messages

To allow bulk text messages to be sent, first, you will need to turn on the permissions in Users & Permissions > Roles & Permissions in Settings.

You can perform bulk SMS in two areas - Listings and Contacts. Listing-related text messages will be charged against the listing and anything else will be charged to the Office monthly SMS credit.

How to send a bulk SMS from the Contacts Module

Go to the Contacts Module from the Hamburger Menu. Filter the contacts using the Refine page to whom you want to send the text messages or if you want to send it to your contact databases, Select All.

Once you have clicked Select All, click Actions then Text.

Select the Template you want to use then Send Text.

Once it displays the confirmation that the text was successfully sent, you're good to go.

How to Send a Bulk SMS from the Listing

Go to the Listings Module from the Hamburger Menu or simply search the listing then click Activity.

Once you're on the Listing Activity Page, you can select all the enquirers or inspection attendees then Actions and Text.

Select the Template you want to use then Send Text.

Please note that an alert will display if the listing is not subscribed to a text package.
