If you have multiple listings with the same address and would like to clean up your data in bulk, you can use the 'Fix Duplicate Properties' tool located in Office Settings.
Navigate to Settings > IMPORT TOOLS & LOGS > FIX DUPLICATE PROPERTIES
Select the listing/s that you would like to keep and the other listing/s will be updated.
'Prospect' listings will be Archived and no longer accessible in the CRM
'Appraisal' listings will be updated to 'Not Proceeding'
'On Market' listings will be updated to 'Withdrawn'
If you wish to delete a listing altogether, please email us with the Zenu listing ID number, property address and a short reason as to why you would like the listing deleted and we can arrange this for you.
