Change Logs in Settings

Change Logs are used to record updates to many areas of the CRM.

Best Practices

  • Train team members on Zenu's audit trail features to ensure everyone knows how to access and use change logs.

  • Maintain consistent documentation for property listing updates to reduce errors in the logs.

You can view updates to the following areas and more:

  • Contacts

  • Listings

  • Staff

  • Exports

  • Projects

  • Appraisals

  • Auctions

  • Tasks- Specific property listing changes such as updates to field values like 'Sold Price' or 'Unconditional Date'

Tips for Efficient Use

  • Use sorting features within the change logs to quickly locate specific updates.

  • Ensure your team's field configurations in Zenu align with organizational standards for better efficiency.

There are a couple of ways to navigate to Change Logs:

  1. Go to Settings > Import Tools & Logs > Change Logs

  2. Select the Type (eg Listing)

  3. Enter the ID number if regarding something specific and click Filter


Alternatively, you can navigate to Change Logs directly from the Listing or Contact page:

  1. Go to the details tab and hover on the ellipses of the Summary section

  2. Click on Change Log

  3. This will take you to the settings area with the Listing/Contact ID already populated.

  4. 4. For field-specific changes, use the "Sort by Field" option to locate updates to fields like 'Unconditional Date' or 'Sold Price.'
