Completing the Agent End of Year will close off the commission statement year to date figures as at 30th June 20XX. The new year will commence with a zero opening balance for the new financial year. In preparation for starting the new financial year in Zenu Trust, all offices should complete AGENT END OF YEAR. If your office uses Milestones, AGENT MILESTONES should also be reset. The below steps should be completed once you have rolled over to the month of JULY in the NEW financial year. To begin select Agents | Agent End of Year.

In this example, the new financial year is 2019-2020
Select July 2019 as the start date & OK. The figures are reset to Zero.
Agents | Reset Agent Milestones.
Before you process the first pay run of the new financial year, ensure you have reset the agents Milestones.
Resetting Milestones ensures commission released in the new financial year will be calculated at the correct rate.
For further information on setting up Milestones, refer to chapter Agents | Milestones.
Change the date to the 1st July 2019 and select Reset.
Your Amount of Sale figures should now be reset to Zero.
