In order to manage commission payments for your staff, financial details along with Milestones (if relevant) should be set up for each Agent. Select Agents | Agent Inquiry | Select Agent
Details such as First and Last name may be controlled and locked down from Zenu, therefore not editable in Zenu Trust. This is based on your office settings in Zenu CRM.
Although Zenu Trust is not a payroll system as such, you can enter relevant details including
1- Tax File Number
2- Tax Rate
3- Superannuation Rate
4- Start Date
Setting up Milestones
Milestones are used to calculate commission, at the point a level is reached or crossed. Levels can be set up under Financial Settings.
Milestones are calculated on each Agents "Amount of Sale" figures released since the beginning of the milestone period.
Milestones can be copied from the office settings or set per individual agent by selecting + for each milestone line.
The below example displays four milestone levels set for Chris.
Set the first level.
$ Zero to $ 50,000 (inclusive) is set at 30%
$ 50,001 to $ 60,000 (inclusive) is set at 35%
$ 60,001 to $ 70,000 (inclusive) is set at 40%
$ 70,001 and above is set to 50%
All four milestone levels have now been set up for Chris.
The "Amount of Sale" figures or value that is released since the beginning of the Milestone Period is used to calculate the percentage the agent will receive.
The Amount of Sale "Total" below equates to $12,272.73. As this is Chris's first sale in the new milestone period, the commission is calculated at 30% as he has not yet reached the first level of $50,000.00
Once Chris crosses the level of $50,000.00, Zenu Trust will recalculate the percentage based on the current settings.
