Agent commission is calculated using the default settings for your office.
The default settings are set up when your office commences using Zenu Trust and are accessible via the Options tab
Options | Settings | Agent Settings
The commission calculated method set within Zenu Trust can be set to calculate by:
A set percentage - "% of Split with Agents" or
A milestone - "% of Amount of Sale"
In this example, the "% of Amount of Sale" is the default setting, and the commission paid to agents is calculated using "recognition" or "milestone" figures.
For further information on setting up Milestones refer to the article Agents | Milestones
If your office is not using Milestones "% of Split with Agents" would be selected.
In this example, the Lister will default to a flat rate of 30% and the Seller 25%.
