To view all diary entries, select Options | Diary Inquiry
or by clicking directly on a diary entry
Click the "Mark as Completed" button to mark ALL outstanding diary entries complete
You will be prompted to select Yes
The two diary entries have now moved to "Completed"
The Diary Inquiry now displays zero records. To view all completed diary entries, click the "Include Completed" button
