Auto-Responder Templates

Navigate to Settings located in the hamburger menu

Scroll down and expand the ENQUIRIES & AUTO-RESPONDERS section on the left hand side

Click on AUTO-RESPONDER TEMPLATES
​

Here you can manage the Email & SMS templates that are sent regarding Commercial and Residential Sale & Lease listings.

You can also manually update a template for a specific listing from the details tab of the listing. Scroll down and hover on the ellipses next to Enquiry Preferences to edit the Email & Text template for that specific listing:
