How do I edit the purchaser once the contract is U/C?

In order to edit the purchaser of the contract, the contract will first need to be cancelled.

In your listing, select the drop-down menu UNDER CONTRACT.

Tap the UNDER CONTRACT button, then CONTRACT CANCELLED.

Once the changes have been applied, you can then mark the listing as U/C once again.
