Cancelling a contract that has been linked to Zenu Trust

When a contract is cancelled in the Zenu CRM, the Zenu Trust module should also reflect this update

Updated over a year ago
  1. Navigate to the Listings icon in Zenu. Open the relevant listing.

  2. Click on the current status (either Sold or Under Contract) from the property timeline and select 'Contract Cancelled' or 'Sale Cancelled'. This will put the listing back to On Market. The listing can once again be updated to Under Contract with the new purchaser details.

  3. When cancelling a contract in the Zenu CRM you must also deal with the contract in Zenu Trust. Update the listing to 'Fallen' once the trust balance is zero.

Refer to the article "Marking a Sale Fallen" for further information

  4. If you receive another offer on this property, the listing is linked to trust a second time using the same Zenu ID

Tips and Tricks

The letter at the end of the Zenu ID indicates how many times this listing has been linked to Zenu Trust.

2089977 indicates the first offer saved in Zenu Trust

2089977_B indicates this is the second record saved in Zenu Trust

2089977_C indicates this is the third record saved in Zenu Trust
