Re-Assigning an Enquiry to Another Agent

Every now and then, it may be necessary to re-assign an enquiry from one agent to another. In this guide, we will show you how to quickly and easily accomplish this task.

To re-assign an enquiry from one agent to another, begin by locating the enquiry you wish to re-assign. You will find a grey circle to the left of the enquiry. Clicking this grey circle will trigger the Actions button to appear.

Clicking the Actions button will display a list of available actions. From this list, select RE-ASSIGN. Upon selection, you will see a list of available agents. Select the agent you wish to re-assign the enquiry to.

In the case of bulk re-assigning of multiple enquiries, simply select the grey circles of the multiple enquiries you wish to re-assign, then select RE-ASSIGN as described above.

To re-assign an enquiry from one agent to another, simply click on the grey circle next to the enquiry. This will trigger the Actions button to display. From the Actions button, you can then select RE-ASSIGN. From here, you can select the agent to whom you wish to re-assign the enquiry. This action may be performed in bulk by selecting the grey circles of multiple enquiries at once.
