Removing an Agent from Zenu Trust

When an agent leaves your business, you may wish to remove them from your trust system so that their name is not displayed in the current list of team members.

What Happens to the Agent's Information?

When you remove an agent from Zenu Trust, their information will NOT be deleted from the system. This includes their name, contact information, and any associated data.

Steps to Remove an Agent

Open the Agent profile record by selecting Agent | Agent Inquiry

Unticking "Active" will remove the agent from the current agent list.

The Active button is greyed out?

If you find that the tick box is greyed out, you will have an office setting turned on giving control to the Zenu CRM.

Options | Settings | Agent Settings

If this setting is ticked, the Zenu CRM controls who is active in Zenu Trust i.e. if an agent was made inactive in Zenu CRM, Zenu Trust would receive an automatic update.

If the trust user has permission to do so, the below setting can be unticked. This gives full control back to Zenu Trust.
