We may think that e-signature and email signature are the same but they are different.
An email signature is your essential information added at the bottom or end of the email.
It includes your name, position, phone number, email address, company name, company website and your image.
An e-signature is your signature but in a digital format.
You can find the area to enter an email signature in settings > templates > email signatures
The e-signature can be added to the team member in settings > users & permissions > team members, select the team member and choose the e-signature tab.
