How to add or edit your client's buying criteria

A Buyer or Tenant Criteria can be created automatically through an enquiry or by manually adding it to the contact's details page.

Once a contact has been added to the system, you can add or edit their buying criteria at any time.

Navigate to the Details tab of the client's contact page, then click the "+criteria" button to add or update the client's preferences.


The updates will be reflected in real-time in the CRM, allowing for matching properties to be selected.
