How to verify vendor, purchaser & solicitor details in Zenu Trust to Zenu CRM

Occasionally a team member may have made an update in the CRM that you as the trust person are not aware of. For example, a new conveyancer has been attached to a listing or the spelling of a purchaser's name is changed.

Step 1: Locate the Sale

Step 2: Check Vendor, Purchaser & Solicitor Details

Step 3: Copy Updates from Zenu CRM

A new client is found

Or an existing client's name has changed.

Values displayed in Red indicate that the value in the CRM differs from the client in Zenu Trust.
