What happens if I don't link my CRM and Zenu Trust accounts correctly?
If a sale is not placed Under Offer, Under Contract, or Sold, and mistakingly linked to Zenu Trust with an "On Market" status, any updates made in Zenu Trust won't be automatically updated in the Zenu CRM. That means you'll need to manually add sales information to the two platforms, which takes more time and effort.
How do I now link the two?
The incorrect record cannot be linked, so a new record must be created.
Ensure the listing in the CRM has a status of Under Offer/Contract or Sold.
Follow the process of creating a "new sale" in Zenu Trust using the same Zenu ID.
The Sale ID will display_B as this is the second record in Zenu Trust
How do I remove the incorrect record?
Now that you have two records, the incorrectly linked record must be removed (2231067)
If the trust balance is Nil, simply open the property and mark it as Fallen.
If there is an existing trust balance, this amount must transferred from the original record to the new record.
Process a trust transfer from 2231067 to 2231067_B
Mark the original record as Fallen
The second record is now successfully linked to the Zenu CRM with the current trust balance.
