How to Add a Font Element in Web Builder

Updated over 2 months ago

Font Elements in Zenu Web Builder allow you to apply the same font style and size consistently across multiple areas of your website. By creating reusable elements, you can maintain a cohesive look while saving time when styling headings, subheadings, and body text.

Step 1: Access Elements

  1. Go to Site Design.

  2. Click on Elements.

Your existing Font Elements will be displayed in the following categories:

  • Heading

  • Sub-Heading

  • Text (for Body Text)

Each category contains a minimum of four existing elements.

Tip: You can edit an existing element by clicking the ellipsis (•••) on the right-hand side, or preview an element by hovering over the Preview option.

Step 2: Add a New Font Element

  1. Click the + button at the top-right of the category you want to add the new Font Element to.

  2. Enter a Name for your element.

  3. Configure the font settings, including:

    • Font Type

    • Font Weight

    • Font Colour

    • Scaled Font Size (see our [Scalable Fonts guide] for more details)

    • Line Height

Note: Element colour settings are covered in a separate tutorial.

Step 3: Save Your New Element

Once you’ve set your preferred styles, click Save.

The new Font Element will now appear at the bottom of the section you added it to and can be applied throughout your website wherever that text style is needed.
