In some cases, an address will have active listings for each sale method ( For Sale and For Lease), which can create confusion when creating an Open For Inspections.
The alternatives below will make the process easier.
First, you can add the OFI on the details page of the listing to ensure it is the correct property.
Second, you can go through the + Open Inspection beside the smart search bar, but instead of typing the address, you paste the listing ID of the property.
Lastly, instead of clicking Single Open, select Multiple Opens and filter just the Lease listings.
