Why Are My Listing Updates Not Displaying on REA?

You might be wondering why your listing updates made in Zenu, such as new Open For Inspection times, are not displaying on REA.

We are often contacted by our clients asking us why their listing updates are not reflecting on REA. One of the most common reasons for this is that the client has made an update to the listing address since first pushing the listing through to REA.

Why Can't I Change My Listing Address?

Once a listing has been pushed from Zenu to REA, it is not possible to change the listing address on REA. So, if you update the listing address in Zenu and then try to, for example, add a new OFI time or update the listing description etc, the updated information will be rejected from REA.

What Can I Do About It?

You will need to log a request directly with REA to have the listing address updated.

Once the address has been updated in REA, you should then be able to re-push the listing through from Zenu and have the updates successfully reflected.
