Contacts can not be deleted, however, you can update them to inactive instead.
Inactive contacts are not displayed in the search options but can be reactivated at any time.
To mark a contact inactive follow the steps below:
Navigate to the contact's details tab
Click on Active to change the status to Inactive:
Once the contact is marked inactive, you will no longer be able to communicate with them via the functions in the CRM or search for their name in the Smart Search.
