Contacts can be created via import, from an enquiry or manually.
Contacts are split into the following ratings:
Hot
Warm
Cold
Not rated
This is done by the person/agent/admin who enters the contact into the system. You can change a rating by going into full edit or within the Follow-Up screen.
You can search for Contacts based on many options such as source, rating, office tags, my tags, situation (buying, selling), contact (company or person) or matching criteria.
A contact can have multiple criteria. These are managed from the Details tab using the +criteria button.
From a Contact page, you can hover on the Action ellipses in the bottom right-hand corner of the bottom blue bar to process some quick actions. You can also process a Follow-Up and view notes and history from the Activity tab.
INACTIVE Contacts
It is not possible to delete contacts permanently, however, a user can make them inactive.
This means they will not be searchable in the smart search bar and they will be excluded from all email and marketing campaigns.
To locate inactive contacts, open the search filter and refine it by Inactive Contacts.
