Allow duplicates of Prospect & Appraisal Listings

If you wish for your team to be able to create multiple Prospect or Appraisal listings with the same address, you can enable this in your office settings.

Note; if this setting is disabled, this will prevent users in your office from creating new Prospect or Appraisal listings if there is already an existing listing in the CRM at the same status.
