Why is my listing not appearing on my website or portal?

There can be several reasons why a listing may not be appearing on your website or portals. Here are a couple of items to check:

Listing not appearing on my Zenu Website:

  1. Navigate to the listing in Zenu

  2. If you see an orange bar at the top of the page that says 'WARNING: This listing is hidden on website.', you will need to click Edit and untick 'Hide Listing (Do not show on Web)'

  3. Once you have done this, the listing will instantly display on your Zenu website.

  4. This will also prevent the listing from being picked up by the scheduler and therefore no updates would be pushed to the portals. Once you have unticked the box, you can scroll down to the portals section, hover on the ellipses and click 'Send Now' to send the listing to your portals.

Listing not appearing on Portals:

  1. Navigate to the listing in Zenu

  2. Scroll down to the Portals section to check which portals have been enabled for this listing. If it says 'Withheld by request', this means the portal has not been enabled for this listing. Hover on the ellipses to Edit and Enable the portal/s.

  3. If you see Error next to a portal, click on this to view the issues:

  4. Once you have resolved the error/s, hover on the ellipses and click 'Send Now' to send the listing to your portals.

Listing not appearing on my external Website:

  1. Navigate to the listing in Zenu

  2. Scroll down to the Portals section to check which portals have been enabled for this listing. Ensure the portal has been enabled that hosts your website. If it says 'Withheld by request', this means the portal has not been enabled for this listing. Hover on the ellipses to Edit and Enable the portal/s.

  3. You will also need to ensure the listing is not hidden from web.

Updates not displaying on my portals

  1. Navigate to the listing in Zenu

  2. Scroll down to the Portals section and hover on the ellipses. Click 'Send Now' to manually trigger a new update to be pushed to the portal/s.

  3. If the updates still do not display on your portals:

    > Login to REA Agent Admin and check the error logs to see if the updates are being rejected

    > Contact the Zenu support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
