To reinstall the Zenu Trust shortcut, please follow the instructions below.
Open the folder called Application which can be found below on your C drive in the Zenu Trust Folder:
Double-click on the file below:
Log in using your current credentials:
Once you are logged in, you can create another shortcut on the desktop:
If you find that the shortcut is removed again, we suggest speaking with your IT company as there may have been updates to your firewall (following the Windows update) that are blocking access and auto-removing the shortcut.
