The widgets on My Day can be really helpful in giving you a quick overview of the key areas of Zenu. This article will help you understand what each widget is showing you.

Selected User
This is the person selected here

Widget Settings
Clicking on the cog will change the view to Edit Mode
In here you can select different date ranges and view for each widget. Be mindful particularly of the date range selected as this along with the My Day date will impact what data you see.
For example, today's date is May 20, 2024, and your Task is set to show the last 14 days. You will see tasks with dates of either between May 5, and May 20, 2024.
Now let's take a look at each widget on the left hand side.
Appointments
This comes from your connected calendar and will show appointments for the Selected User
Tasks
This will show Tasks for the selected user. The Today tab shows any task with a due date of today.
The Overdue and Completed tasks will use the Widget Settings to determine what shows. These selections will be carried through when you click on the Tabs to see more details
Enquiries
You will see any enquiry where the selected user is assigned the enquiry and the enquiry dates are in the range selected in the widget settings.
Inspections
Under the My Tab you will find any inspections where the Selected User is listed as an Attending Agent.
The All Tab will show you inspections for any listing you have permission to see.
Inspection Follow up
This will show any inspection that has attendees that need following-up where the Selected User is an attending agent and the inspection date fall into the Widget Settings selected date.
Pipeline
This will show any Prospect or Appraisal where the Selected User is either Agent 1 or 2 on the property. These are broken up by the Pipeline Rating assigned to the property. If you click on the numbers you will be taken to a list of all the properties that make up that number.
Listings
If the Selected User is an agent associated to the listing then this will be included in the count of My Listings. All Listings will show any listings that the user has permission to see. In this context, a Listing is any property with the status of On Market.
Contacts
Where the Selected User is a team member on the contact the contact will be included in the count of the All Tab and the various rating tabs

Prospect Live

Follow-up / Calls
This will show a count of all the selected users' activity for the month to date. So anytime the user selects a call outcome when making a note it will be counted here.

Inspection Follow-up
For the month to date, you will see a count of the selected users' complete and incomplete inspection follow-ups. The graph shows you a percentage of how many have been completed.
Clearance Rate
This is the number of Auction Properties month to date, and how many of them have sold. The graph shows the percentage sold.
