Occasionally you may find a contract was cancelled in the Zenu CRM and placed back under offer/contract with the same details. Because of this, you must also deal with the contract in Zenu Trust as the two records are no longer linked.
If you are currently holding funds, link the property to Zenu Trust a second time.
Once you have two records in Zenu Trust you can process a trust transfer from one card to the other.
From the original sales record select Trust Account Transfer.
Click to search for the property you wish to transfer funds to
the property will have the same address with the letter _B
The amounts will be reflected on both sale records, under each trust transaction inquiry.
Trust transfers do not appear on your bank reconciliation as they are internal transfers from within the same trust bank account.
Now that the trust balance is Zero, the original record can be updated to "Fallen"
