Once the property becomes "unconditional" it is important to update the sale status in Zenu Trust.
Open the "Details" tab on the sales record
Under "Sale Progress" select the drop-down
Update the "Status" from "Conditional" to "Unconditional"
Enter the Unconditional Date & select OK
Save the record
