As the sale progresses from one stage to another, the status should be updated to reflect the current situation.
When linking a property to Zenu Trust, the status will display as Conditional if the Zenu CRM timeline status is Under Offer or Under Contract.
When linking a property to Zenu Trust, the status will display as Unconditional if the Zenu CRM timeline status is Sold.
If the initial status is Conditional, it can be updated to Unconditional when relevant
Following Unconditional the status is updated to Account Sale when funds are disbursed.

Following the Account Sale the status is updated to Completed.
This status releases commission to the Agents and closes off the Sales File.
