Once you have created a new sale in Zenu Trust, certain fields displayed on the Edit Contract page in Zenu are locked down. These fields in Zenu will remain locked down to maintain the accuracy of the current offer.
It's important to note that any future updates to these fields must be made within Zenu Trust.
To update the commission figures open the "Commission" tab
Select "Agreed Commission" and click into the Gross Commission field to change the commission amount
Conjunctional & Referral totals can also be updated
Along with date changes such as an unconditional date.
Tick to save the updates. These changes will be reflected in the CRM.
