In order to have the prices shown for sold properties on a portal, you will need to go into your listings and manually select "show sold price" on the listing's contract page.
Use the smart search to navigate to the listing
Press EDIT CONTRACT
Scroll down and select SHOW SOLD PRICE
Save
On the portal section, click on SEND NOW
