Yes, you can choose which date type is sent to all property portals like realestate.com.au (REA) and Domain etc.
By default, the system sends a sold date, but you can control whether this is based on the Unconditional Date or the Contract Signed Date.
How to Update Your Sold Date Setting
Go to Office Settings.
Select Preferences.
Click on Listings.
Locate the Sold Date Type dropdown.
Choose either:
Unconditional Date – the date when the contract becomes unconditional.
Contract Signed Date – the date the contract was originally signed.
Save your changes.
From then on, your selected date type will automatically be sent through to the portals whenever a listing is marked as sold.
