To single out a particular type of item you can filter them using the tabs at the top of the page:
You can also use the "Refine" button to further filter down the view to items with specific attributes such as Rating (A, B, C, D), Suburb / Region, and many others:
A great way to use this page is by sorting the list by last activity, so that you can follow up your Pipeline contacts starting with the oldest history:
