When you have an under offer/contract, or sold listing, you may want to show a different status on your website and third-party portals. This can easily be done by updating the web status on the contract.

Here's how:

Edit the contract on your listing:

In the contract details, choose from the dropdown the status you wish for your listings to show online:

That's it! Your listing status will now be updated on your website and third-party portals. It's important to note that you do not need to update the listing status itself, as this will just be for internal purposes.
