My portals are displaying an error what does this mean?

If you are currently unable to push your listing to the portals and are being show an Error alert, please ensure you click on this alert in order to reveal what the nature of the issue is.

In the below example, this listing returned an ERROR (1) X in which the user was able to reveal by clicking on the alert. Once you have revealed the error, take the steps in order to update the listing correctly, and then select 'SEND NOW' in order to push the listing.

If you have followed the alert instructions and are still having issues with the listing not pushing to portals, please send through a ticket to [email protected] with the listing ID and a brief description of the issue that you are having so that we can investigate further.

Please also keep in mind that you can view any possible listing push errors in your REA Agent Admin.
