Any Master User can delete a Prospect listing from within the edit screen of the listing.
It is not possible to delete a listing once it is passed this status.
If a listing is current, you can update the listing to Off Market or Withdrawn to remove the listing from your website and portals.
We urge our clients to refrain from deleting listings unless it is necessary. Deleting the listing will remove all data associated with the listing and you will not be able to access this data again in the future.
We recommend that you instead opt to withdraw the listing instead of deleting it. That way, you can then set up a task to follow up with the client to gain the listing again in the future. It will also mean that all data and information associated with the listing will be accessible in the future.
If the listing was created in error, please let our team know so that we can look at removing it for you.
