Open the Zenu Trust module when you have received a deposit and would like to create a receipt for the purchaser. With the Zenu Trust module, you can easily and quickly process trust transactions for funds received.
Before opening Zenu Trust, ensure the listing in Zenu CRM has been moved to either Under Offer, Under Contract, or Sold with all relevant contract information added.
Creating a New Sale in Zenu Trust
Creating a new record in Zenu Trust is simple. When creating a new record, you have the option to use the Zenu ID or the Property Address.
The Zenu ID for each sale can be found in your browser (1742064)
Or at the bottom of the Summary Page
To start, log in to Zenu Trust

To create a new record open the Sales Tab

Create a New Record
When creating a new record, enter the Zenu ID or the property address into the Zenu ID Field.
Zenu Trust will search for the property in the Zenu CRM.
Once the property is displayed press the Enter key

With contract data from the Zenu CRM now linked to Zenu Trust, this eliminates the need to double-enter data, leaving your team with more time to spend on other tasks, significantly increasing overall productivity.
Overview of the New Record
From the Details tab ensure the following information is correct
1- Property address and Zenu ID
2- Gross Commission Figures
3- Current Status and Significant Dates
4- Vendor Details (maximum of 10 parties)
5- Purchaser Details (maximum of 10 parties)
From the Commission tab ensure the following information is correct
1- Selling Price with Agreed or Calculated Commission
2- Gross Commission less deductions
3- Agent and Office split
The Commission tab is designed to help the user have a clear and broken-down view of commissions and deductions.
Creating a Sales Receipt
Once you have confirmed all details are correct, you can return to the Details tab and create a receipt for the purchaser. Select the Trust button | New Trust Deposit

Add all relevant information including the Narration
Select the Print icon followed by OK, to save as a PDF/XPS, Email, or Print.
Tick to save & exit
The deposit is now reflected in the trust balance

Creating a Link between a Campaign and a Sale
A campaign and a sale can be linked together to help keep track of any outstanding marketing or items. This feature can be especially useful when it is time to run an Account Sale. Linking the campaign and sale together will alert you to items that have not been used or invoiced.
If you have an existing campaign running in Zenu Trust
And you are now ready to create a new sales record, enter the Zenu ID into the Campaign ID field rather than the Zenu ID field
Doing this will link the sale and campaign cards together
