1- If an agreed commission is not entered in the Zenu CRM, Zenu Trust will calculate the commission based on the office-setting percentages that are set up within Zenu Trust.
2- In this example, the commission amount of $27,250.00 exclusive of GST is calculated using the "stepping" percentages entered below.
3- The Split with Agents figure is the amount to be split amongst the team.
Adjusting the calculation type to "Agreed Commission" from "Calculated Commission" opens up both Gross Commission data fields "Excluding GST Including" and allows you to manually enter an amount.
In this example, the gross commission amount has been adjusted to $20,000.00
