If a portal on one of your listings is displaying 'preparing to send' even after you have clicked on "send now", you may need to check the "date listed".
Zenu will not send listings to portals until the date listed is reached.
If you edit the listing, you can find this field in the category details section. If the date listed is in the future, then update it to either today's date or backdate this field.
Save your update then navigate to the portal section of the listing. Hover on the ellipsis and choose "send now".
