If you want to set up a two-way feed between ActivePipe & Zenu, there are a number of things you'll need to consider before proceeding with the integration.
If you do not have a preference center managed by ActivePipe and a contact unsubscribes from an ActivePipe email, they will be unsubscribed from all E-Marketing in Zenu.
If you are going to use the Zenu E-Marketing features in conjunction with ActivePipe it is possible for conflicts in data to occur, for which Zenu holds no responsibility.
If you are using our Auto-Responder functionality, an ActivePipe integration may interfere with parts of these features. As such you may need to turn off this feature while using the ActivePipe integration.
If you are also sending Zenu communications that contain unsubscribe links (eg matching listing alerts) and a contact chooses to unsubscribe from E-Marketing, they will be unsubscribed from all E-Marketing including ActivePipe.
If you wish to proceed with this integration a once-off fee of $550.00 inclusive of GST is payable prior to commencing the set-up.
It can take up to 1 week to complete the set-up and turn on the integration, once the set-up fee has been paid.
Please also note if you wish for contacts to be able to subscribe to your lists from your Zenu website, customisation of the site will be required and quoted accordingly.
